Where Are the Nine is an original rock quartet started in 2003 by guitarist/songwriter Brian Correnti and drummer Mike Squier. In the beginning it formed as a trio with bassist Tim Jepson, until 2005 when guitarist, Rocky Rowe, was added to the lineup. Revamping their sound as a rock quartet, they released their debut album in 2006, "The Gates of Hell Shall Not Prevail". In 2008 bassist, Steve Johnson, was added to the lineup, and in 2011 a second album was completed, "Something Came, Something Went", featuring many new original songs.
Where Are the Nine's music is honest, hard rocking, and inspirational. Whether it is a small coffee house with a few people, or an outdoor event with hundreds of people, they are sure to deliver their music with 100% passion and energy. This music is the kind that will uplift you if you are feeling down, and rekindle an awareness that there is hope no matter how bad things are. Somewhere between the goove and the melody is a message that is for all people, and for all generations to come.
Recently the band decided to go seperate ways for one reason or another, and their final show was on September 17, 2011 in Manchester, NH. You can still purchase their music at any time, and if you ever feel you would like to let them know how their music has effected your life, then you can do so through their Facebook Page.
